This is the next step for those that have successfully completed a beginner lesson, improver lesson, practice sessions and have mastered the basics of paddleboarding technique,
Can read weather and sea conditions, are aware of sup rescue techniques, sup safety or are already a proficient paddleboarder with above skills and experience.
This is not for beginners
Only those that are up to a reasonable standard of paddling or those that have successfully completed a beginner course are permitted to participate on a tour.

At the same time you will have the most amazing experience on one of these tours exploring this amazing coastline.
Dunnotar Castle, Caves and Coves
On this tour you will be exploring the many coves, caves, waterfalls and see the breath-taking Dunnotar Castle from whole new perpective.
Lots of wild life to spot – Seals, Sea Birds and maybe even a Dolphin or Mermaid.

Stonehaven to Catterline
A truly awesome trip experiencing every nook and cranny of this amazing bit of coast line. The spectacular cliffs of Fowlsheugh packed with more than 130,000 breeding seabirds during the spring and summer months. These include puffins, guillemots, razorbills and kittiwakes, along with some puffins and fulmars.
Finishing off a Catterline for lunch and a wee tipple. This is a truly jaw dropping tour

For experienced paddlers only or those that have completed one of the other mini tours successfully and been recommended.
Things to bring with you
- Swimming costume to wear below your wetsuit – come with it on below your clothes as there are no changing rooms.
- Water proof sun cream – would you believe even on a cloudy day you can get burnt from glare of water
- Drink [nothing fizzy] and a snack
- Warm clothing to get changed into after the lesson

Please note that all of our activities carry a degree of risk and require participants to have a reasonable standard of swimming and fitness.
All participants must make me aware of any medical or fitness issues they may have prior to booking.
If conditions are unsuitable on the day of your lesson, I will be in touch via phone to reschedule or offer a refund. Please ensure that I will be able to contact you on the number and e mail you provide when booking. I will try to give as much advance warning as possible if it looks likely that lessons will be cancelled however conditions can change overnight, if you have a long journey to get to us please call/e mail before setting off for an update on conditions.
Activities will begin at the time stated if you, the participant are more than 10 minutes late it may result in you missing the session completely. If you are late and it is still possible for you to take part in the lesson then it will be for the remaining scheduled time only. You will not receive a refund in these circumstances.
In order to make a booking, all participants and parents/guardians of participants under the age of 18 years must confirm that they have read and understand this information along with the cancellation policy. You can do this when you complete the booking enquiry form.

I am happy for you to bring your own board, paddle and wetsuit providing I feel that they are appropriate for the activity
